How do I place an order?

Ordering is as simple as giving us a call at (402) 360-7645, emailing, or starting the quote process online, so we can get an idea of what you need.

What are your minimums?

Heat Press Printing: None!
Screen Printing: Low Minimum of 20!
Embroidery: None!
Custom Buttons: None!
Decals: None!

Can I use an online design?

Avoid using images from the internet as most do not print with an acceptable level of quality and are sometimes copyright protected.

How do I submit my artwork/what file type?

You can submit your artwork by starting a quote, or by emailing or via dropbox. Acceptable file formats include: .pdf, .svg, .eps, .ai, .psd, .jpeg, .png, .tif, and .bmp.

What is the Turnaround for an Order?

This typically depends on our printing schedule, but will more than likely be 2 weeks. If you are needing something in a shorter amount of time, we can do rush orders, however, there is a fee associated with rush orders.

How do I get a quote?

Simply click on the "Get a Quote" tab. Fill out the form with as much info about your project. Once done click the "Request Quote" button. We will reply ASAP.

Can I use my own clothing for printing?

Yes, but we don't really recommend it. Should you bring your own garment, we can't necessarily guarantee that you'll have a perfect print or stitch. We all make mistakes, and we can't be held responsible for replacing your clothing if a mistake does happen.

What brands do you carry for clothing?

We have access to hundreds of different brands!

Do I have to pay a downpayment?

Yes. We do require a downpayment with each order.
The amount depends on the order size and total.

What the setup fee for embroidery orders?

We charge a one-time fee starting at $10 to digitize the design, which is essentially turning the artwork into stitches for the machines.

Will you ship my order without payment?

Your order will not be shipped without full payment. We do require the resolution of any payment issues(e.g. additional garment or ship costs, bad payment information)before we ship your order. We will always contact you if there is a problem
