Orders

If you purchase a product from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (including name, telephone number, email, and shipping address). Financial information (such as credit card number and its expiration date will be gathered via Paypal).

We use this information for shipping purposes ONLY and to fulfill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you

Contests

101 Custom Prints often provide you the opportunity to participate in contests on our site. If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information from you. Participation in these contests is completely voluntary and you, therefore, have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. The requested information typically includes contact information (such as name and shipping address).

We use this information to notify contest winners, award prizes, and to send participants shipping info.

Uses of Information
We use the information we collect from you for billing purposes and to fulfill your orders. We do not store your credit card information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

With exceptions for providing exceptional customer service, all sales are FINAL. NO RETURNS.

SHIPPING

Please allow 1-2 days to process your orders.

We only process on MONDAY - FRIDAY (Business Days)

We ship all shipments through USPS

Please allow 3-7 business days for shipping within the U.S.

Sates & PO Boxes will be shipped by USPS.

If the package never received and not delivered by USPS we will refund the money. IF delivered by USPS we cant not do anything about it. It must have been lost or sent to the wrong location. Sorry, we can't do anything about that.

We DO NOT ship to APO.

NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

SALES TAX

Sales tax is NOT charged.
